The Todo application renders several tasks with a Toggle button beside each task.
Clicking Toggle is supposed to switch a task between incomplete and completed. The state appears to be modified internally, but the UI doesn't reliably update.
Fix the component while preserving the existing functionality.
Requirements:
- Three todos should render initially.
- Tasks start as incomplete.
- Clicking a task's button marks only that task complete.
- Clicking the same task again marks it incomplete.
- Other tasks must not be affected.
