The counter contains an Increment by 3 button. A single click should increase the current count by exactly three.
The current implementation calls the state setter three times, but the displayed count only increases by one. It also produces incorrect values after repeated clicks.
Debug the component so that:
- Initial count is 0.
- One click increases the count to 3.
- Two clicks result in 6.
- Updates always use the latest counter value.
